A decision console for DTC brandsProduct · 2025 to 2026 · Written, designed, and built by Benjamin Loschen
Painted cartoon frame of a frazzled lemon at a desk in a dim office, a ledger in each hand and one on his head, paper tape spilling from an adding machine.

Act one · The problem

Revenue, ad spend, and inventory were never in the same room.

Every brand I worked with rebuilt the same spreadsheet each Monday. Shopify said one thing, Meta said another, and nobody trusted the blended number.

Painted cartoon frame of the lemon plugging three cables, from a cash register, a megaphone, and a crate on a scale, into one large console.

Act two · The build

Three sources, one console.

A multi-tenant app that joins store, ad, and inventory data into a single model, so contribution margin means the same thing on every screen. Billing, webhooks, and onboarding included.

SC.3The helper arrives
Act two, continued

An agent that asks before it pulls the lever.

A Claude agent reads the same numbers you do and recommends the next move. It works inside guardrails the owner sets, shows its reasoning, and waits for a yes on anything that spends money.

Act three · The result

Built, priced, and used in my own client work.

Painted cartoon frame of the lemon relaxing with coffee, feet up, beside a calm console with a steady dial, while the tin robot salutes.
SC.4One place, one truth

lmn.bar is $99 a month after a 30-day trial, with the waitlist open now. It is also the console behind every SmartLemon growth engagement.
