Your site looks like everyone else’s, and the tool your business actually needs does not exist yet.
Templates get you online. They do not get you remembered, and they rarely tell you which page earned the phone call. Most small business sites are slow, vague about what they sell, and invisible to the AI tools people now ask for recommendations.
Software has the same problem. Off-the-shelf tools get you most of the way, then you are back to a spreadsheet and three browser tabs for the part that is particular to your business.
Each site and app is designed and coded by hand, around one clear job it can be measured against. You see it working in a browser while it is still rough, on your own phone, rather than as a picture of a thing that does not exist yet.

Which one is mine?

First, the front door.

Measure twice, ship once.

Open, and counting every visitor.
What you get
- A custom design, in the browser, with your real words and data
- Hand-written code you own, with no page builder to fight later
- Analytics wired to the one action that matters
- Structured data and clean markup for search and AI crawlers
- A page speed score you can check yourself
- For apps: logins, data and hosting set up in accounts you own
- For apps: a first version small enough to ship in weeks, with room to grow
- A recorded walkthrough so you can run it without me
The smallest job: a one-page site, in two weeks.
The price
A complete one-page site is $6k and takes two weeks. Larger sites run $9k to $15k, and a first version of an app runs $15k to $40k. Both follow the same stages over more weeks and are quoted after the brief, before any design work starts. Half to begin, half when it is live. You own every line of it, and the studio offers to keep an eye on it after handover.
